Then kickboxing and sprints are performed in the afternoon when your body has more fuel to support high intensity exercises. You can perform kickboxing and sprints in morning as well if you have enough fuel.
Strength & Conditioning can be performed at home (Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturday mornings) while Kickboxing and Sprint can be performed at home with our online membership (Monday, Wednesday, and Friday afternoons).
For strength and conditioning, all you need are dumbbells, resistance tubes, a forearm roller, and medicine ball.
For kickboxing, all you need is kickboxing bag, boxing gloves, baton, bo staff, and grappling dummy.
