Our kickboxing classes (for children age 6+ and adults) help you - boost self-defense skills against bullying or physical assaults - burn 500-750 calories in 45-minutes to lower obesity risk - sprint faster and improve 5k meter race times - improve confidence and mental health in everyday life

- MWF: 5:30AM, 6:30AM, 4PM, 5PM, 6PM, 7PM
Martial Arts is a life skill (just like sprinting/running) that should be a part of your weekly routine to improve fitness and self-defense. Physical and mental transformations take months and years like celebrity examples below. Our recurring monthly membership consists of 13 consecutive classes (MWF) at 20% discount (Normal rate is $30 per class).

- AM: actors and actresses tend to focus on strength (lifting) and conditioning (running) fasted in the morning before breakfast in order to burn the most fat - PM: martial arts along with sprinting is typically performed in the afternoon when your body has enough food fuel to carry you thru high-intense workout. Martial arts and sprinting can also be performed in the morning if your body has enough fuel for optimal performance
