Human Resources Intern
We’re looking for volunteer human resources intern to bolster company culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Enhance communication with employees and candidates
- Maintain fun, collaborative, high-performing culture
- Participate in new hire selection: job posting, screening, interviews, acceptance/denial
- Lead new hire onboarding and offboarding
- Design clear reporting relationships and responsibilities
- Exhibit pastor-role (hears sins and complaints) and parent-role (loves and nurtures) while bring honest with constructive feedback
- Elevate internal performance thru gamification for rewards and recognition
- Facilitate learning and development events
- Administer performance and talent management cycle
- Create HR Analytics and Reporting to track overall results
- Conduct external recruiting and networking events
- Direct customer success/service inquiries to appropriate marketing/sales teammate
- Keep up with legal and regulatory compliance requirements
- Execute key administrative tasks: scheduling meetings, events, board activities, travel coordination, outsource management, vendor relationships (i.e. company swag)
- Commitment: 20-40 hours a week for semester/summer or year

- Working towards or have degree in human resources with keen interest in HR
- Independently driven
- High performer
- Relentlessly resourceful

- Fitness passion
- Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
- Innate curiosity with a desire to understand the why and then to challenge the status quo
- Must be able to maintain confidentiality at all times
- Strong time management skills
- Adaptable and Flexible
- Grace under pressure and good judgment in sensitive situations
- Highly skilled in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
- Education: College (Freshman to Junior) or MBA (1st to 2nd Year) or Post-Grad
